Getting Started

Diane recommends starting with The Warrior Cleanse program, which is the foundation for everyone that's getting started on a detox journey. It focuses on drainage and eliminating toxins before diving into parasites specifically. Doing this cleanse first will ensure your drainage pathways are open and your body is ready for the next phase which is parasite cleansing. You have the option to purchase the course only or to buy it together with supplements to uplevel your cleanse. (you can always get Module 1 for FREE to get a feel for it and try it before you buy).

Shipping

We ship within US and internationally.

International customers, please note: Your local customs office may apply additional taxes and duties to your order once it arrives in your country. We recommend you check ahead with your local customs office to asses duties and fees before placing your order.

Shipping varies based on weight and location, the total cost will be calculated at checkout.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information it will have the most up to date information on where your order is and when it's anticipated arrival date is.

If you do not have a tracking number please email us at support@dianekazer.com or text us at (928) 842-8200 so we can follow up on your shipment and provide tracking details.

If you have tracking and the order is not moving, we recommend to first contact the courier (UPS, USPS, etc) as they will be able to provide more information than we can regarding your shipment in transit. 

For lost or stolen packages please contact us at support@dianekazer.com or text us at (928) 842-8200 so we can initiate a tracer and reship your order if necessary. 

We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns, however, we will issue a full refund for the product cost, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

All supplements are shipped from our warehouse in Florida and are typically processed the same or next business day depending on what time we receive your order.

We will provide tracking information once your order has been processed so you'll know when to expect delivery.

Transit time typically takes anywhere from 3-10 business days for domestic shipments (depending on your location), and may take up to 20-30 days for international orders.

Supplements

We offer a generous 5-10% discount if you set up your supplements on monthly subscription.  Highly recommended because it’s the WORST when you run out of these formulas, because you’ll feel a huge difference when you’re not on them. You can cancel your subscription at any time, please cancel before your next order is processed as we cannot accept returns once the product has left our warehouse.

All our supplement ingredients vary as they are meant to support different aspects of healing and detox.
